Whether it is a single unit new build home or a number of homes on parcels of land for speculative development EcoBright have a proven track record of delivering high quality products in compressed construction programmes.
We regularly work for a number of developers to turn their visions into a reality efficiently and on budget.
Our teams have experience in projects within the Education Sector including the Design and Build of New Classroom Facilities as well as the refurbishment of existing premises, be that the improvement of facilities or the modernisation of the structure including fit out, electrics, plumbing, heating, renewable energies acoustics and fire protection works.
EcoBright have experience in the fast-track construction of swimming pools, fitness suites, gymnasiums, sports halls and recording studios. We also provide consultancy for noise reduction solutions and sound proofing with teams having completed successful installations for property investors in London, The Salvation Army and Bournemouth University.
The group have invested heavily in technology to assist with project pricing, cost management, project management. In addition to which through diversification the group opened an IT Business in 2018 which is committed to providing superior IT Services and Support to ensure their customers businesses operate at full capacity avoiding network interruptions and other downtime which impact on both revenue and productivity.
EcoBright have been involved in a number of successful commercial developments and redevelopments including industrial and light industrial units as well as Theatres and Licensed Trade Premises.
We understand that an empty shop or a protracted refurbishment or repair is bad for business in an already tough economic climate. Our teams are focused on the rapid turn around of refurbishment projects, reactive maintenance tasks or insurance / security related repair works.
With extensive experience in working in all types of ground and water conditions our team are able to undertake groundworks for both domestic and commercial clients. Projects have included site set up, foundations, road and pathways, drainage, land remediation and hard landscaping.
One of the biggest assets any business has is its people and that is something we as a business recognise. We have built a trusted team of experienced business and construction related individuals who are fully invested in driving the company forward.
We also recognise that to preserve that level of expertise and buy in that we need to bring on and train the next generation, we are actively engaged in the development of apprentices.
We work responsibly within the community actively seeking to minimise the disruption caused by the construction projects we undertake. We also engage with local colleges to provide work placements for students to develop their understanding as part of their courses.
